The Supreme Heroes Programme, launched by the Supreme Ventures Foundation (SVF) in partnership with the Mona Entrepreneurial and Commercialisation Centre (MECC) and ChangeMakers Limited, recognizes and retoois micro-entrepreneurs and community leaders who make significant social impacts across Jamaica.
Over an intensive 8-month incubator, participants undergo rigorous capacity-building workshops in finance, governance, branding, and marketing, backed by grant funding from SVF to scale their community interventions sustainably.

Facilitates background research, nominee validation, field monitoring, and on-ground project design support to ensure community needs are met effectively.

Assisting entrepreneurs to transition informal business practices into a clearly structured business model using the Business Model Canvas.
Taxation & Financial Management
Training in accounting, cash flow, tax registration, and budgeting to ensure long-term operational solvency.

Developing strong brand identities and outreach channels to attract sponsors, partners, and community support.
